Cindy was born on November 8, 1966 in Harbin. Soon after she was married, she moved to Qingyundian, where her husband had been born and raised. Since that time, she has made Qingyundian her home and has raised their 19 year old son here as well. Before coming to work in the New Day Foster Home, she worked in a factory that made pumps for ten years. Cindy said that she is very happy about having the opportunity to come and work here at the Foster Home. She also pleased to be able to help care for the children by providing a clean environment for them to live and grow in.
