Public Relations

Elva grew up in the city of Wenzhou in Zhejiang province. She spent her first 23 years in southern China where she graduated from Ningbo University with her Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering. After graduation she had the desire to explore northern China and experience different people and cultures rather than buildings. She is now working at New Day Foster Home in the Public Relations Department. She is thankful that she has the opportunity to use her gifts to make a difference in the lives of these precious little ones.
