Before coming to New Day, Rose was a nanny for a foreign family in Qingyundian. Through that family, she learned about the work of New Day, and when they moved to another city, she applied for a job with the foster home. Before working as a nanny, Rose was a primary school teacher. Her husband builds homes, and they have two daughters. The older one is in college, and the younger one is still in high school. Rose deeply loves her children in the foster home and is thrilled to be able to work to make their lives happier.
