| As you look at the pictures below, we know you'll agree that we have the cutest kids around! Each of them is enrolled in a specific project operated by New Day Foster Home. On this page, you can meet the children who live at New Day Foster Home or New Day Healing Home, or you can get to know the kids who live in foster families in Beijing, Luoyang, or Hohhot. |
New Day Foster Home
Children in our foster home stay with us until they are adopted. Sometimes, when we feel it is in the child's best interest, we move the child to a local foster family. However, all of these children stay under the care of NDFH until they are adopted. |

New Day Healing Home
Children in New Day Healing Home come to us for medical care and will stay with us until they are well enough to return to their home orphanage. When they return to their orphanage, another child will be brought in for medical care. This is a new project for us, but we envision it to be a program that enables us to help more children receive the medical care they need. |

Foster Families in Beijing
These children are part of the Foster Home program, but instead of living at the foster home, they live in foster families in the local community. Once the children turn 2 years old, they come to the Foster Home every day for preschool, and we regularly see them for birthdays, checkups, and other visits. They remain with their foster family until they are adopted. |

Foster Families in Luoyang, Henan
Much like the foster family program in Beijing, children in our Luoyang foster program are able to live in a family environment because of the support of their NDFH sponsors. Generally speaking, these children will remain with their foster family until they are adopted. |

Foster Families in Hohhot , Inner Mongolia
Children in the Hohhot orphanage live in foster families until they are 3 years old, at which point they are returned to the orphanage due to the high costs of maintaining them in foster families. NDFH sponsors foster care for several of the children older than 3 years old, enabling them to remain in healthy family environments. Because many of these children have serious special needs that prevent them from being eligible for adoption, this foster program is a long-term commitment. However, we believe the progress and hope we've seen in these children's lives proves that it is a worthy investment.
