New Day Healing Home was launched in the spring of 2008 for the purpose of increasing our capacity to help Chinese orphans in need of specialized surgical intervention and medical care. The mission of New Day Healing Home is focused on caring for the children during the time of their treatment and recovery, after which they will return to their orphanage or foster home. This model of care enables us to provide surgeries to many more children each year, some of whom simply would not live without timely medical intervention.

We are also excited that we are able to open the doors of New Day Healing Home to any Chinese orphan without limitation – we can now help children of any age, with any medical condition, and even those outside of the official state welfare system.
