With thirty nannies ( 8-hour shifts ), teachers, kitchen staff, medical professionals, volunteers and a house full of active, growing children, providing daily care is a challenge that can be met only with the help of others. The monthly operating expenses of the New Day Foster Home are in excess of $10,000. Any donations towards this ongoing need will be gratefully received.

Notes:
"Salaries & Benefits" include wages and insurance (as required by local law) for our Chinese staff. All Western staff members are volunteers and receive no compensation.
"Baby Supply" expense is low because many of these items (diapers, milk powder, lotions, etc) are received by donation.
"Fees and Bank Chgs" are primarily the processing fees we are charged for donations received by credit card and through 3rd party processors such as Network For Good and Paypal.
