In February 2006 the property right next to us which housed the local government buildings was destroyed by fire. Believing that the land was cursed they approached us about renting the land. We were delighted by the opportunity for growth since we are over crowed in our current facilities. However this opportunity slipped away when a local villager decided to rent the property and the government signed a 30 year contract with him. Everyone told us that it would now be impossible for us to get it.
Well we didn't give up and kept believing for the land to be ours. On Monday August 7th we received a call that the contract had fallen through and we could have the land. So on August 10th we signed a 30 year contract and on the 14th we received the keys to the gate.
This new land will give us more opportunities. We are excited about the possibilities that will develop. Please stay tuned as we begin to make plans for this land. |
