While the primary goal of New Day Foster Home is to see our children adopted by loving families, there is a tremendous need for donors who are willing to sponsor a child financially until they are adopted. New Day's sponsorship program is divided into two categories.

CHILD SPONSORSHIP - $35.00 USD per month
From medical care to food, clothing, and early childhood education, New Day Foster Home provides complete care for each child from the time they arrive at New Day until they are adopted. Through the Child Sponsorship program, caring individuals and businesses make it possible to raise the support necessary to underwrite the costs associated with the daily care of our young children. As a sponsor, you can choose the child you want to support, and we send you a sponsorship packet which includes a photograph and information on the child. Throughout the year, sponsors will receive monthly e-mail updates on their child's progress. Each sponsorship is $35.00 per month. FORMULA SPONSORSHIP - $25.00 USD per month
What is more basic to human survival than good nutrition? Many of the children who reside in poor orphanages in less-developed parts of China lack just that. In certain parts of China, nutritious formula isn't even available for purchase! We have found that due to a lack of resources, some orphanages feed their babies under 1 years old cow's milk, rice powder, or in some cases, simply water. None of these options provide enough nutrition for an infant, so it often results in severe malnutrition and in some cases, death. Each child in the program needs 8 bags of formula each month, costing a total of $25 per child per month. Donations can be made on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. Due to confidentiality agreements with the orphanages, we are unable to provide sponsors with monthly updates on the progress of a specific child. However, each month sponsors will receive an e-mail report on our monthly visits to the orphanages to check on the children participating in the formula project.
